Have you ever received this message while trying to expand a distribution group on Office Communicator? These sorts of issues can be frustrating when they are inconsistently popping up in your network. If you are only seeing this issue sporadically on clients, here’s a quick step that may head off a lot of digging through IIS logs on your OCS Server.
On the problematic workstation:
- Logon with the problematic account
- Exit Communicator
- Delete the the contents of the following folder:
- Restart Communicator
